1. Who we are

2. The service

Headroom is a subscription web app that computes an informational "safe to spend" figure by reading your account data through a licensed Account Information Service Provider under PSD2 (read-only account information access). Headroom never initiates payments or transfers and cannot move money. The figure is informational only — not financial, investment, or credit advice — and is not guaranteed accurate or complete. The freshness of your data depends on availability from your bank.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to hold the underlying bank accounts you connect to the service.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Headroom offers a single flat plan at €6.99/month or €59/year. Your first computation is free; a subscription keeps it live. Orders are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, who handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes.

5. Refunds

6. Acceptable use

When using Headroom you must not:

• attempt to abuse or circumvent the service;
• access or attempt to access another person's accounts;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms.
